Here's one I have up for sale... This is a hugely unique board. A 10'7" Gene Gore. It was handcrafted originally for Bob Hermes in 2001. I sold it to John LO once, then bought it back from him, so there's some real Texas History to this board!

From what I can tell about this board, with Bob being one of the hardest charging old school Texas surfers there is, this board was designed for very rare, "White Whale" days in Surfside/Quintana. It is Poly, narrow, and has a lot of mid-board rocker. The oddest part of this board is the fin set up. 3, 6" fins, with 2, 3" side bites. There is no leash plug, rather, the leash hole is glassed right into the board. This board paddles like an arrow spitfired from a black hole. It was meant to go FAST on a huge Texas Day. This board has performed marvelously on titty-high days and on the Baywave on countless Tanker trips.

It has some delam and some dings, but all of them have been professionally repaired. It has some discoloration, as can be expected, but it has plenty of life left in it. It has a balsa stringer and balsa inlays for the logos. You won't find another board like this around here.

Id like to keep it in our tribe, if possible. The first $225 takes it....or make an offer. This board is NOT living up to its intended purpose in my possession!
