This is for a vehicle with existing side roof rack . I used them on a 1998 Audi Wagon. It includes 4 rail grab towers and 2 48" round bars with end caps. The only thing missing for one tower is the rubber insert but a bicycle inner tube (cut out) could be substituted. $40.00
