We got a front coming in! I am waiting. Need my forecast John?

Had a good day at the Republic on Saturday and it was great to see my old friend Gary Carter on Beach Drive. Beach Drive was definitely a little bigger and punchier but a little junky. Jetty Park was smaller but lining up better with a little protection from the wind. The dang sun was hard to find and I was a little cold in a ls rash guard. The improvements at Jetty Park were nice with the long wood walk over to the larger beach and a play ground for the kids. I sure don't miss the cars parking on the beach there with the trash/etc. But it's the same old bathrooms with no shower. It would be a good venue now for a TGSA contest with the improvements.

I met the young man that is making Psycho Surfboards and enjoyed sharing waves with his crew. Lunch at Kitty's Purple Cow was a bonus but there was a big void without Kitty there. Cowabunga1
