We are starting a fantasy surf league beginning March 11 , kicking off with the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast. Winner will be determined by the most points scored in the event. A prize will be awarded to the winner of each event throughout the season. There will be a grand prize at the end of the season as well for the overall points winner.
To join, download the WSL App on your phone.
Go to the Fantasy Icon at the bottom of the screen.
Go to Leagues, Select Join League.
Search for Team "Brown Water", that's us.
Password is: Gorda18
Once you're on, you can go down the list and pick your athletes as soon as they are announced.

If any event should end in a tie, I propose it be settled with a surf off.
they put surfers in tiers based on their current ranking. you are limited to tiers when picking your team, in that pick 2 top guys, 4 mids, and 2 low. next contest you have to start all over again, picking an entirely new team based on their new ranking..
I would think this format would produce a lot of ties possibly..
Con someone explain this tiered format to me? Picking a team is weird AF in this format.
kind of cool how the wsl fantasy game resets each event, in that fs + fasl had carry over from the previous event(s). wsl is a clean slate each event, having to pick an all new team, based on their previous results.
and having the opportunity to win prizes each event here is win/win!
