SS was fun AF Monday, Tuesday, annnnndddd Wednesday. 😎

I was at IHOP in G-town at 6:30 am for breakfast and hit the flag at Sunrise. Damn! I don't know how you surfed that in the dark Matt. Some of the sets were breaking over the t -head. Crowd wasn't that bad and 61st fishing pier and Jimmy's pier had the bigger crowds. There was lots of beach and it wasn't covering the jetties like the Beach Patrol showed on Facebook Tuesday evening. Carter and Firedog left SS to surf G-town and that was a good move. Mark Muse/Bobo Conde/Albert Shannon and Steve Rebellas joined us. Lots of cute surfer girls too. It was a beautiful day. Personally I spent more time getting worked than catching waves. Duck dives on a LB didn't always work and I ate some turtle rolls too. Lots of water moving around. I will take La Lancha any day. I am old and don't like to work as hard as yesterday. I just want to catch lots of waves. Most folks wave counts were low yesterday. Seadog and a couple of other people told me Tuesday was actually better. Wahoo!

I have some video from my phone. That's about it. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I’m currently out of town and have been monitoring this site throughout the day for pics on today’s waves. I am thoroughly disappointed by the results and would therefore like to cancel my subscription and receive a full refund immediately. Furthermore, after a full investigation has been concluded, I intend to report each and every one of those responsible to the proper surfing authorities.

Yeah, I heard there will be a huge beach bash at the Flagship/Pleasure Pier with free beer, hamburgers and hotdogs. You just have to show up there with a surfboard for admission. Keg opens at 8:00 am and flows all day.

I heard they postpone the repairs for this swell so surfside surfers could get to Galveston for the “variety of life” in Galveston... Lol. All kidding aside hope all score where ever you end up.

Surfing the same spot all the time is boring like drinking only one beer. Variety is the spice of life be it waves/women/wine/beer or molta. :) Everyone will have to stay in Surfside since the San Luis Pass bridge will be closed Wednesday for repairs. Cowabunga!

Galveston is the call Wednesday.... SS will not be that good at all... Offshore winds are horrible for SS.

Big Monday too. The jetty was on fire. Doo doo early, but it got pretty good later.

Just nice to surf other spots once in a while. I think I surfed SS 99% of the time I've been out in the water the last 2 years.

I'm surfing at the Flagship. Have to go under the lights and do pre-dawn since the sun comes up so late. Can't miss work, but I can still get an early bird session.

Its looking like G-town or Quintana with s/se wind and swell direction. I just renewed my annual Galveston parking pass so I think with be there very early Wednesday morning. Cpwabunga. Wahoo!. Hang ten!
